At RithX, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Please do not return your item without contacting us first. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rithx.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Perishable goods.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Personal care products that have been opened or used.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before submitting a request.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return for your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
